This website is owned and operated by Gerbino Group Pty Ltd trading as Wedding Day Flair (ABN 69 604 303 362 ). We provide our services to you subject to the following terms of service.

Please read these terms of service carefully before using this website. By visiting and ordering to hire of goods and services on this site, you are deemed to have accepted these terms of services.

Intended Use.

Our website is designed for the information and use for customers to Hire our goods and services. Customers can easily enter personal information on our contacts page or email us on info@weddingdayflair.com.au. This information is confidential and not to be transferred to any other persons or entity and will be strictly reserved for the sole use to generate quotations.

Changes to Terms of Services and Changes to Website.

We may need to make changes to our terms of services from time to time. Our Terms of service may change due to updates and changes to availability of our goods and services. We may suspend or restrict this site, due to goods and services availability and other business operation activities. You are responsible to ensure if other persons using this site is aware and comply to our terms of service. These terms of service apply from February 2024.

We constantly updating this site to improve our business operations by offering quality goods and services for hire to our customers. Please check from time to time of changes to this site. At any time, we have the right to remove products and services on this site without prior notice.

Condition of Sale

For all new customers ordering products from our goods and services can contact us via the contacts page on this site or via direct email. Social media contacts will be directed to contact by email or this site. Once you have made contact, a Wedding Day Flair team member will be in contact with you to begin the quotation process. Accurate customer information is needed to ensure a high standard of customer service in return. Once you accept the quotation, Wedding Day Flair team member will create a profile account and send you an application form of acceptance, which will include our hire terms and conditions and a privacy form.

  1. Booking
    A quotation is only valid for 2 weeks. We cannot guarantee the availability of goods and services in the quotation, unless a initial deposit of 30% from the total has been deposited into Wedding Day Flair’s business account. We will notify you with a confirmation, once the deposit has cleared.
    Before making a 30% initial deposit, we would like to draw your attention to our Hire Terms and Conditions documentation, together with privacy information. Please be aware that by making a deposit it is understood that you have read our terms and agree to our Hire Terms and Conditions and be bound by them.

  2. Pricing
    All pricing on our Website is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Each product displays the cost for exclusive hire, excluding GST. Wedding Day Flair reserves the right to change prices and product specifications at any time without prior notice.

  3. Products and Services
    All products are displayed in each category with image, product descriptions, dimensions and inventory quantity of what we have in stock. The actual colours and style you see will depend on your computer/monitor and how you use the product at your event. Wedding Day Flair does not guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour is true and accurate and offer a product viewing from our warehouse property in Millner, Darwin, NT. No walk in’s available. Please make an appointment via the contacts page on this site.

  4. Ordering

    Once an Invoice has been issued, your 30% initial deposit is due within 7days from the invoice date. Your final 70% balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event date. You may make some changes to your booking before making your final payment, according to your agreed application form of acceptance. If for any reason your final balance is not paid before your event, Wedding Day Flair reserves the right to not supply the equipment hire and/or services. Cancellations, Postponement, Credits, Refunds

Your initial 30% deposit is NON Refundable. This is due to the fact that the goods could not be supplied to another hirer. Bookings cancelled less than 2 weeks before the event date will be expected to pay remaining balance of charges listed on your invoice. Cancellations must be made in writing at info@weddingdayflair.com.au.

You as the hirer can make changes to your booking right up to 30 days prior to the event date, as stated on your application form of acceptance. Any changes 14 days leading up to the event date, will still incur the hire fees stated on the quote. As the hirer, you shall finalise the booking and invoice balance 14 days prior.

Should your event be postponed due to a national pandemic and the local government order or restrictions have prevented you from holding your event, you can postpone to a new date within 18 months of the original booking with no change in fees. New dates is subject to availability. We recommend booking in a new date as soon as possible, if a pandemic were to happen.  We reserve the right to assess each situation for a postponement agreement.
